  First, I like to apologize to the Bride in the previous comment. I believe there was alot of miscommunication surrounding this situation. I find it very dishearten and disappointing that someone feels the need to resort to social media instead of coming to me to discuss the matter. I believe there was alot of confusion on both of our parts that ultimately resulted in this conflict, and I would like to clear it up. In a situation like this, when I have a bride coming in for a special event, i'm used to having a consultation with a confirmation of time, date, and location. Because the date was only a few days away, I feel precious time was lost. I apologize for any anxiety or disappointment experienced on your special day. Hearing about me through word of mouth, you felt the confidence in my ability to do the makeup, however I am sincerely sorry I was unable to give your mother the full experience on her wedding day. I wish that you would of felt confident enough to come and talk to me about the situation. I would have done everything in my power to make the situation better. Overall, I appreciate this review it pushes me to strive to become a better business owner. I hope your mother had a beautiful day, every bride deserves a their special moment.
